Below are some Frequently Asked Questions for orders. Please take a look at the below, and reach out if you are unable to find an answer. For any inquiries, be sure to include your order number, email address, and name associated with the order.



My tracking number says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it. Do you know where it is?

We have found that sometimes USPS confirms delivery the business day before an item is actually delivered. This tends to happen on weekends so if that is the case, you'll likely get your order on the following business day. 

In some cases, our oddly sized parcels get delivered to a discreet location near your mailbox. Please also check nearby for tucked away parcels.

Lastly, sometimes USPS will mark parcels delivered, and take them back to the post office for pickup. Please contact your local post office and provide your tracking details to see if they have the parcel.

If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out with your name, email address, and order number. 



Can I change the ship to address?

If you placed your order in the last 12 hours, you’re in luck, we can change your address. Please make sure to reach out with your order number, complete address and recipient name and we will get you sorted! 



Oops! I placed an order by accident! Can I cancel?

If your order was placed in the last 12 hours, we can help! Please make sure to include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation and we will process the cancellation.



Double oops, I meant to include a gift note, can one still be added?

Yes, if the order has yet to ship we should be able to include this. Please reach out as soon as possible with your name, order number, email address, and the gift message you would like to include.



My order arrived and I only received some of the items?

Our “made to order” apparel items ship directly from our manufacturer, and separately from other items in our store. Because of this, you may receive two separate shipments. 

If this is not the case, please reach out with the details of what was received and what was not. This way we can get your order resolved as soon as possible!
